About Dennis J. DiSabato, Jr.
Dennis J. DiSabato, Jr. is a real estate attorney and community leader based in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, with over 20 years of legal experience specializing in residential and commercial real estate, land use, estate planning, probate administration, and general civil litigation. He is admitted to practice law in South Carolina, New York and New Jersey.
Dennis earned his Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Binghamton University in 2000 and went on to receive his Juris Doctor from New York Law School in 2004. He began his legal career in 2005 and has since built a strong reputation in the Grand Strand legal community. Dennis has been helping clients with real estate transactions, wills and trusts, estate planning, business formation and general civil matters since 2005.
Beyond his legal practice, Dennis is deeply engaged in public service. He has served as an elected representative on the Horry County Council for District 3 since 2017. He is also a graduate of Leadership Grand Strand Class XXIX, Leadership CCAR 2024, Conway Medical Center Caduceus Society and is a Hunt Legislative Policy Fellow. He currently serves as a Board Member of the Coastal Carolina YMCA and the Horry County Community Land Trust, reflecting his ongoing commitment to civic leadership and community engagement.
Married to his lovely wife, Laura DiSabato, since 2015, they share two beautiful children, Olivia and Dennis “Trey” III. When not working, he can be found watching his daughter dance, his son play tee ball, reading or golfing.
